Shipping Info

For custom or made-to-order accessories, please allow 2-3 weeks for production prior to shipping. For apparel, please allow 3-6 months for production prior to shipping. For rush orders, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss available options. For all orders, we will inform you via email as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

Curbside pickup available for all orders!

We offer free pickup from our Toronto showroom. Simply select the "Pick up" option during checkout, and we can arrange a pickup time with you once your order has been placed. Please note that this pickup option is not available when using express checkout options such as Shop Pay or PayPal, you must choose to check out as a guest instead.

We are located at 233 Carlaw Avenue, Toronto ON, M4M 3N6.

Domestic shipping within Canada

  • We offer complimentary tracked shipping across Canada on orders over $100 CAD. You have the option add insurance to the shipping of your package, with charges varying based on the amount insured.
  • All orders over $100 CAD are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel service. Average shipping time is 2 - 7 days, depending on destination. Orders under $100 CAD are also shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel service, at a charge of $15 CAD.
  • For shipments within Canada, individual provincial taxes will be applied at time of checkout. 
  • Please email orders@thelovedone.ca to request express shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • All shipments within Canada can be returned free of charge using a pre-paid return label, provided upon request. For more information, please read our Return Policy

Shipping to the Continental USA

  • All orders under $800 CAD are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service and delivered via USPS. Average shipping time is 4 - 7 days, depending on destination.
  • Flat rate is $20 CAD across the continental USA. This rate does not include insurance. You have the option to insure your package at an additional charge.
  • Apparel orders over $800 CAD will be shipped via DHL at a flat rate of $49.99.
  • Please email orders@thelovedone.ca to request rush shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Customs fees and taxes may apply to your purchase. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be due on delivery and paid to carrier.
  • Due to customs regulations, we regret that we are not able to provide a complimentary return label in the event of a return. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to rest of world

  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post International Tracked Packet service. Shipping times vary depending on destination.
  • Flat rate is $30 CAD. This rate does not include insurance.
  • Apparel orders will be shipped via DHL at a flat rate of $49.99.
  • Please email orders@thelovedone.ca to request expedited shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Customs fees and taxes may apply to your purchase. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be due on delivery and paid to carrier.
  • Due to customs regulations, we regret that we are not able to provide a complimentary return label in the event of a return. All shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We are happy to offer shipping to our international customers. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars by default. All duties, customs and additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Please contact your local customs authority about additional costs and methods of payment.

Potential Delays for International Shipments
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance in their destination country. This may cause slight delays in the arrival of your shipment.

Damaged Items
If your order has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and provide us with photos of the damaged items and the damaged packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping provider. We are unable to provide refunds for damaged items, however we will gladly replace them.
