As all of our apparel is handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any completed order or any order that we've already started producing. Any orders that are cancelled before production has started will receive a full refund. If you are at all unsure about your apparel purchase, please contact us before placing an order.
Of course we hope you are thrilled with your purchase from The Loved One, but in the event that you are not completely enamoured, please return any accessories within 14 days of receipt, and a full refund will be issued, provided the purchase is returned in its original packaging, in its original, unaltered condition, with all tags still attached. Items not in their original condition or showing signs of obvious wear will not be eligible for refund.
Full refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the returned item in the manner for which the item was paid. The Loved One will notify you by email as soon as a refund has been issued. Please note, the return transaction may take several days to post to your records.
Canadian and US customers can return items free of charge using a prepaid return label (emailed upon request) for returns within Canada and the US only. International returns will be subject to return shipping charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns on Sale Items
Sale items may be returned for merchandise credit only. The Loved One will notify you by email when your merchandise credit has been issued. Any items that are final sale (sample sale, masks), are marked as such.
We are happy to offer exchanges for our accessories, and would love to help you find another item from The Loved One that is more to your liking. Separate shipping charges will apply to new orders.
