Of course we hope you are thrilled with your purchase from The Loved One, but in the event that you are not completely enamoured, please return the item within 14 days of receipt, and a full refund (less the original cost of shipping) will be issued provided the purchase is returned in its original packaging, in its original, unaltered condition, with all tags still attached. Items not in their original condition or showing signs of obvious wear will not be eligible for refund.
Canadian customers can return items free of charge using a prepaid return label (provided upon request) for returns within Canada only. International returns will be subject to return shipping charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: At this time we cannot take returns on custom orders. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
Sale items may be returned for merchandise credit only. The Loved One will notify you by email when your merchandise credit has been issued.
EXCHANGES
Due to the bespoke nature of many of our pieces, we cannot accept requests for exchanges. We are happy to offer you a refund, and would love to help you find another item from The Loved One that is more to your liking. Separate shipping charges will apply to new orders.
